The Toots Farrell Foundation was created out of love, peace, and tolerance...the lessons our children teach us and our society. Although, Hugh 'Toots' passed some time ago, he visits Cooper often, and we are blessed to be gifted with this energetically sensitive child who will and is leading a productive and joyful life. It is out of this notion that the Toots Farrell Foundation was created.
